With 20+ years in sterile manufacturing and aseptic filling, Petia is the expert you want in the room when it really counts. She has supported GMP-regulated facilities through commissioning, qualification, validation, and start-up, bringing clarity, calm, and control to complex, high-stakes projects.
Petia blends deep operational experience with large-scale project leadership. She served as a Production Supervisor on an isolated syringe filling line, building deep, hands-on operational and people leadership experience. She later went on to lead the deployment of two major aseptic filling lines: ✔️ A Bosch isolated filling line for Green Cross / Grifols ✔️ An IMA Life high-speed RABS bottle filling line for Pillar5 Pharma
Petia brings strong expertise across equipment and critical utilities, with a focus on inspection readiness, operational resilience, and flawless execution. She is also a trusted leader for Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), known for her sharp attention to detail and ability to align vendors, engineers, quality teams, and operators under pressure.
Fluent in English, French, Russian, and Bulgarian, with conversational prowess in Italian and Romanian, Petia is a natural relationship builder who thrives in high-pressure, cross-functional environments.
