Colin brings over 12 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical equipment commissioning, process qualification, and cGMP-compliant operations. From leading pharmaceutical facility renovations to executing IQ/OQ/PQ for complex systems such as WFI, sterile fillers, bulk holding tanks, and CIP systems, Colin delivers the strategic clarity required to keep high-stakes projects firmly on the critical path.
Fluent in both English and French, he excels at aligning vendors, engineers, and quality teams across multi-site validation initiatives—ensuring collaboration is as strong as compliance.

“Hi! I’m Colin Young. I specialize in taking the ‘friction’ out of the scale-up process—specifically when it comes to Aseptic Processing and Single-Use Technology (SUT).
Throughout my career, I’ve facilitated tech transfers from the 2L R&D scale all the way to 2,000L commercial manufacturing. I’ve learned that while the science happens in the flask, the success happens in the documentation and the design. I’m passionate about designing efficient processes that leverage the use of single-use technology while optimizing costs. I excel in building validation protocols that are as practical as they are compliant.
My philosophy is simple: plan for the ‘likely chaos’ so execution feels like a victory lap. I ensure facilities aren’t just built for today—but validated for tomorrow.”
